Travel Insurance & Damage Waiver
1. TRAVEL INSURANCETravel Insurance is provided as an option with every agreement. The cost is 7% of the Rental Rate. The premium must be paid for at least 30 days prior to arrival or be purchased at the time of reservation if the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in date. If Guests elects not to procure insurance, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays, or disruptions normally covered by the insurance policy. Please view the Travel Guard Insurance description of benefits that included with this agreement. If one is not provided, contact C & K Real Estate, Inc. and we will send a PDF copy to you.
2. DAMAGE WAIVERWhy worry that someone in your party might accidentally break something? Relax and enjoy your stay. If an accident happens, report the details and leave the rest to us. Our Damage Waiver is included in our Administrative Fee and covers any unintentional damage to the premises and its contents, up to $1500.00 . Damage in excess of $1500.00 or damage that is deemed by C & K Real Estate, Inc. to be of an intentional nature will be charged to Guest’s credit card. The damage waiver DOES NOT cover intentional damage, theft, additional cleaning; damage not covered will be charged to Guest’s credit card. Guests must report incidents causing damage to the property immediately to C & K Real Estate, Inc. 760-753-7900. Only damage reported prior to departure will be covered by damage waiver.
